• PURCHASE OF BREAD AND BREAD PRODUCTS Purchase of bread and bread products for catering and trade, all according to the specifications from the cost list, which is an integral part of the Procurement Documentation. Purchase of bread and bread products for catering and trade, and everything according to specification from the cost list, which is an integral part of the Procurement Documentation. The goods that are the subject of this purchase must be delivered in prescribed and adequate dedicated packaging (transport and individual), packed in closed packaging with a prominent product declaration. For all food for which there is a categorization and/or class according to quality, the same must be indicated on the declaration, as well as other necessary data in accordance with the legal regulations governing the above. The temperature of the food at each time delivery of goods must correspond to the permitted temperature for a specific type on the product declaration. Packaging and materials that come into contact with food must comply with the legal and by-law regulations relevant to the subject of purchase. For delivered goods The selected bidder confirms: ✓Healthy health and specific sensory properties (appearance, taste, smell) ✓That it was produced and placed on the market in accordance with the valid regulations of the Republic of Croatia in terms of quality, safety and labeling ✓If it has been applied HACCP system, or other food safety management system.
