- For the purpose of ensuring the protection of information assets and the entire infrastructure of the contracting authority and the continuous operation of the business processes, the contracting authority procures the use of the security center for the time limit of the framework agreement (hereinafter: SOC), a centralized solutionfor the supervision, detection and management of security incidents, and the use of automatic management and response to security requirements (hereinafter: AOS).The Framework Agreement in the scope of the entire organization and IT client IT system. The selected bidder is obliged to provide the surveillance service, notifications, the answers to the possible incidents, alarm processing, and correlation for the purpose of timely detection of incidents, reductions of potential financial orReputation claims of the customer. The specified service must include SIEM solutions, which is based on the existing ELASTIC STACK (ELASTICSEARCH-LOGSTASH-KYBANA, known as ELK Stack) and the AOS solution D3 Smart Soar, and all the necessary licenses for their use.
