The subject of procurement is to provide energy services to the client (user) by the energy provider Services (selected bidder, further in the text: Provider) for the purpose of improving the energy efficiency of the building, which involves achieving and maintaining guaranteed energy efficiency levels, that is, guaranteed energy savings to which the provider obliges his offer (hereinafter: offer) Relations to the reference values specified in Annex (Annex 2 - Reference Values).
