• Description:
• The subject of this procurement is the procurement of protective clothing by groups, namely group 1. Emergency protective clothing and group 2. Medical protective clothing according to the Technical Specifications (Appendix 1) and Cost Sheet (Appendix 2) which form an integral part of this Procurement Documentation. Requirements defined in the Technical Specifications represent the minimum technical characteristics that the offered goods must meet, unless otherwise stated, and these may not be changed by the bidder. Bidders attach a Statement (Form 1) to the offer from this procurement documentation, in which they state that the offered goods comply with the requirements from the Technical Specification. The customer reserves the option of requesting samples if necessary, and in that case, before making a decision on the selection, he will ask the bidder who has submitted the most economically favorable offer, request that they deliver the samples within an appropriate period, which cannot be shorter than 5 (five) days. With the samples, the bidder undoubtedly proves, and the Client can recognize, that the offered goods correspond to those specified in the specification for items on which this is indicated in the Cost List Form. Samples do not need to be emblazoned. Each sample must be marked in such a way that it contains information about the serial number of the item to which it refers in the Cost Sheet.
