• The subject of procurement is the supervision of works on the reconstruction of "Pavilion 5" and "Pavilion 6" in the student settlement "Stjepan Radić", Jarunska cesta 2, Zagreb. The works on which the service that is the subject of procurement is performed relate to the reconstruction of "Pavilion 5" and "Pavilion 6" in the student settlement "Stjepan Radić"Jarunska cesta 2, Zagreb, with the addition of fire escape stairs, with the construction of a photovoltaic power plant on the roof, with the reconstruction of the associated infrastructure, access roads and associated horticulture. The reconstruction, modernization and equipping of the existing student dormitories refers to execution of construction, crafts, plumbing works and other necessary works on the interior and exterior for the needs of reconstruction and modernization of the existing student dormitory, demolition and dismantling according to the project documentation of the existing building, and disposal of the resulting waste and activities reconstruction and modernization of common rooms as part of existing student dormitories (classrooms, etc.).
