Professional Supervision and Coordinator II for the construction of a northern breakwater on the island of Sv. Catherine
The surveillance service will be performed by respecting the demands of Croatian and European legislation. Within this Agreement, the executor is obliged to fulfill the following:
• Obligations of supervisory engineers defined by conditions Building contract (FIDIC Red Book),
• obligations of supervisory engineers as defined by the Law on Building (OG 153/13, 125/19,145 / 2024) and the Law on Spatial Planning and Construction Acts (OG 78/15, 118/18, 110/19),
• Supervision over the development of project documentation by Contractors in contracts that are subject to supervision services and
• All other liabilities defined by the project task.
