Description:
The subject of procurement is the products of animal origin, meat and meat products divided into 6 (six) groups: group 1. Junetine fresh or cooled in parts, Group 2. Teleina fresh or cooled in parts, group 3. Pork fresh or cooled in parts, group 4. Meta chickens and chickens fresh or cooled cut, group 5. Meat of turkey and turkeys fresh or cooled cut and group 6. meat products.
The beef is supplied with fresh or cooled cut in parts (Šol, rear bottle, rose, frikando, ramstek) or in the way of requesting the client.
A beef must be in accordance with a valid rulebook On the classification and labeling of beef, pork and sheep carcasses and to mark the meat that originates from cattle less than 12 months and the Commission Regulation (EC) No. 566/2008. dated June 18, 2008 on the determination of detailed rules for the application of the Council Regulation (EC) no. 1234/2007. In terms of putting on the market meat of animals species of cattle 12 months or less (Fig L 160, 19. 6. 2008).
The veal is delivered fresh or cooled cut by parts (Šol, Fikando, Rose, Walnut, Kare, Chest) or in the way of requires the client.
