- The term bulky municipal waste defined by the Law on Waste Management NN 84/2021 (Article 4, paragraph 19), is the subject or substance that is inappropriate to collect as part of the mixed municipal waste collection service due to the volume and/or mass or is determined by the addition of the instruction, in accordance with Article 2. Paragraph 1. On bulky waste (OG 79/2015).
Cumbers of municipal waste - belongs to the waste catalog to "municipal waste" (household waste and similar waste from crafts, industries and institutions), including separately collected ingredients.
The catalog key number of large (bulky) municipal waste is 20 03 07.
Case procurement transport and disposal and/or recovery of bulky municipal waste, refers to:
- transportation and disposal and/or recovery - for bulky communal waste (according to the list of types of objects and substances considered large (bulky) municipal waste from a bulky waste instruction (OG 79/15))))
- loading waste in tanks and transportation - vehicles must be equipped with a hydraulic crane
The service is done in such a way that the tenderer at the Landfill Landscape will deliver the "Sorinj" vehicle with a tank with a volume of 35-40 m³ for bulky municipal waste, and provide transportation and disposal and/or recovery of the same After filling it into the tank. The bidder undertakes to provide vehicles with a hydraulic waste lift crane in a tank for a bulky municipal waste, and the specified in the bid price.
