Description:
The service of ensuring hotel accommodation, space for held lectures and catering is procured in accordance with the Technical Specification, which is part of the DON.
Implementation of the subject activities it implies coordination of several different stakeholders, prescribed deadlines, harmonization of operational processes and specific resources of the client. The division of procurement items into groups would make it difficult to implement activities in the planned way, require significant administration by the ordering party, and there would be high risk of untimely implementation of the planned activities, which would potentially jeopardize the realization of the projected project goals.
