- The purpose of this procurement item is technical assistance and strengthening of the team's capacity and technical support to the team in performing the functions delegated to the PT within the competence of the CES, so that the delegated function is carried out in a timely, efficient manner and in accordance with the relevant regulatory and legislative framework and in accordance to the call for grants - 'Construction and equipping of centers for the elderly (non-institutional and institutional services)'.
Procurement of technical assistance services - engagement of external experts for Level 2 Intermediary Body
The purpose of this procurement item is technical assistance and strengthening of the team's capacity and technical support to the team in performing the functions delegated to the PT within the competence of the CES, in order to carry out the delegated function in a timely, efficient manner and in accordance with the relevant regulatory and legislative framework and in accordance with the call for grants - 'Construction and equipping centers for the elderly (non-institutional and institutional services)'.
The actual purchased quantity of the procurement item may be higher or lower than the planned (framework) quantity. Following the above, the client, in accordance with Art. 315. retains the right to amend the contract during its duration without conducting a new public procurement procedure in such a way as to increase the amount of contracted items in the cost list, regardless of the price of the original contract.
