• Description:
• The shared services center (CDU) was designed and implemented as a scalable, highly secure and energy-efficient platform that monitors demand and supply for the capacities of hosted systems, which achieves significant savings, and on the other hand ensures high quality of service with a quick response to new requests. In order for the CDU platform to comply with the standards prescribed by the Regulation on organizational and technical standards for connecting to the state information infrastructure and the new Law on cyber security, it is necessary to contract the expansion and upgrade of the security systems on the CDU platform. This will significantly increase the security of hosted systems and protect users of CDU services.
  The subject of procurement is divided into 4 groups:
  - Group 1 - Application Delivery Controller Upgrade
  - Group 2 - Solution for security monitoring of network traffic - NDR
  - Group 3 - Solution for collection, storage and processing of log records (logs) - LMS
  - Group 4 - Solution for protection of e-mail against zero-day threats - Zero-day protection
  Subject of procurement is the upgrade of the existing controllers for the delivery of applications and the extension of their maintenance. Upgrades contain a license upgrade of existing ones device which will further unlock the hardware resources built into the devices which will result in an increase in the capacity of the device for processing traffic. As part of this procurement, the maintenance of the existing devices will be extended for the next 5 years.
