- The course of procurement is the development of project documentation with design supervision and execution of the repository of 17-residential and residential buildings in Zagreb - Blok Medulić as regulated by the Law on Renovation, the Program of Measures and the Regulations that are regulatedrenovation as well as regulations governing the performance of the jobs and activities of spatial decoration and construction and to each subsequent amendment of these regulations.
The extent of the contractor's activity includes design and design supervision, performing the construction renovation and repairsThe elements of the "turnkey" processing to full functionality, in accordance with Article 630. Law on Compulsory Relations, 78/21, 114/22, 156/21, as stated in the table below.The cultural and historical entity of the City of Zagreb-A zone, enrolled in the Register of Cultural Property of the Republic of Croatia under number Z-1525.
The client reserves the right to give up some of the locations before the execution of the design or performing service, without the obligation to replace such location on the basis of objective circumstances.to someone else. The contracting authority does not have an obligation to pay the agreed amount to the selected bidder for the execution of the service or the works for such a location.
