Description:
The subject of procurement is the services of professional construction construction for the purpose of renovating buildings damaged by an earthquake, as regulated by the Law on Restoration of Buildings Damaged Earthquake in the City of Zagreb, Krapina-Zagorje County, Zagreb County, Sisak-Moslavina County and Karlovac County (Official Gazette, Number 21/23; hereinafter: the Law on Renewal), the Decision on the adoption of the Program of Renovation measures damaged by earthquake buildings in the area of the City of Zagreb, Krapina-Zagorje County, Zagreb County, Sisak-Moslavina County and Karlovac County (Official Gazette 154/24; hereinafter: Program of Measure). By the Law on Construction (Official Gazette 153/13, 20/17, 39/19, 125/19 and 145/24; hereinafter: the Construction Act), the Law on Physical Planning (Official Gazette 153/13, 65/17, 114/18, 39/19, 98/19 and 67/23; By the ordinance on the simple and the other Buildings and works (Official Gazette 112/17, 34/18, 36/19, 98/19, 31/20, 74/22 and 155/23), Rulebook on the manner of implementation of professional construction, form, conditions and manner of conducting a construction diary, and on the content of the final report of the supervisory engineer (Official Gazette 131/21 68/22), Technical regulation for construction constructions (Official Gazette 17/17, 75/20, 7/22) and other relevant legal and sub-legal regulations applicable to the course of procurement and implementation of public procurement contracts and any subsequent amendments to these regulations.
