- The subject of procurement is the operating coordination service for constructing renewal of the earthquake of damaged multi-residential and residential-business buildings in the City of Zagreb:
Group 1: Gornji Grad-MedveΕ‘Δak,
Group 2: Donji Grad- East and
Group 3: Donji Grad-West.self-renewal. The course of procurement is carried out as regulated by the Law on Reconstruction, Program and other applicable legal and sub-legal regulations and any additional amendments to these regulations.Operational Coordinator services.
Operational coordinator is a participant in the renovation whose task is to operate all participants in the reconstruction when developing project documentation and the work of the construction of multi-residential and residential-business buildings, including all other activities requiredfor lawful realization.
The procurement subject is divided into three groups. Considering that the subject of procurement is divided into groups, it is obligatory to submit a separate offer for each group.Deliver the offer for multiple groups, will be rejected.
