- The subject of the procurement is the procurement of the service of collection for further recovery of non-hazardous waste from the sub-group listed below, by which the waste is classified according to the process in which it was generated, and in accordance with the Ordinance on waste management (OG 106/22, OG 138/2024). The type of waste that is the subject of procurement was created by the customer when performing waste management activities and recycling yard management activities in Varaždin, Gornji Kneginac and Varaždinske Toplice, as well as in mobile recycling yards.
Subgroup of the key number of waste (KBO) in accordance with Appendix X, Catalog of waste from the Ordinance on management waste: KBO 20 01 39 plastic.

The subject of the procurement is the procurement of the service of taking over for further recovery of non-hazardous waste from the sub-group listed below, by which the waste is classified according to the process in which it was created, and in accordance with the Management Rulebook waste (OG 106/22, OG 138/2024). The type of waste that is the subject of procurement was created by the customer during the performance of waste management activities and the management of recycling yards in Varaždin, Gornji Kneginac and Varaždinske Toplice, as well as in mobile recycling yards.
