Description:
The subject of procurement is the procurement of the MR device with the landscaping of the space and the installation of "Key in hand", in accordance with the technical specifications, stated in the cost of the cost and according to this procurement documentation.
The procurement documentation was attached to the "-6- 44_25 ground floor ground floor of the Stara Clinic building.pdf" in which red color marked space to accommodate the MR device.
The device must be new and unfortunate.
The contractual value of procurement are included, among other things, the following costs:
1. Delivery, delivery and installation of a new device to full function and all installation and similar preparations and adjustments made in the space that are necessary for accommodation and commissioning of the device, by an authorized person at the location of the client and the delivery of all additional items necessary for the operation of the device (cables, connectors, peripherals, etc.),
2. All necessary accessories for use, adjustment and commissioning,
3. Cooperation with the client in the outcome of all, legal and bylaws prescribed, permit for the release of the device to work and release in trial work,
4. Education of the Client Staff,
5. Delivery of technical documentation and operating instructions, in Croatian,
6. Ensuring the correct and prescribed operation of the device throughout the warranty period,
7. Providing a 24-hour authorized device for a device and delivery of a list of certified services, a copy of their certificate and contact numbers, contacts,
8. Providing free preventive annual devices services for duration warranty ...
