• Description:
• The subject of procurement is medicines, in accordance with the technical specifications, stated in the Cost List and according to this procurement documentation. The subject of procurement is delivered successively, according to the Customer's delivery request and delivered to the delivery locations within the deadline that cannot be met be longer than 5 calendar days from the day of sending the request for delivery (in accordance with the Bidder's offer). All contractual obligations of the Contractor must be fulfilled by the deadline. The goods are considered delivered and the contractual obligation fulfilled at the moment of delivery of the goods i edited supporting documentation of procurement to the Client. The start of delivery is determined by the Public Procurement Agreement. Expiration of existing contracts: May 21, 2026. Execution deadline: May 22, 2026 until the conclusion of the Agreement for the joint procurement of the goods in question, and no later than September 7, 2026. year. The quantity of procurement items is tentative, determined in the Costing List, according to the estimated quantities, and will be procured successively, according to the dynamics determined by the Client's delivery requirements. The customer will buy the goods according to his real needs and not obliged to purchase the entire approximate quantity specified in the Cost List. The actual purchased quantity of the procurement subject, on the basis of the concluded Agreement, may be greater or less than the tentative quantity, in accordance with the Customer's needs and secured financial means. 3 The subject of procurement is medicines, in accordance with the technical specifications, stated in the Cost List and according to this procurement documentation.
