• Description:
• The subject of public procurement is motor, unleaded gasoline, diesel fuel and urea solution for the needs of the Department of Emergency Medicine of the Split-Dalmatia County, for a period of 12 months.
  - diesel fuel, (without sulfur) (EURODIESEL)
  - motor, unleaded gasoline (sulfur-free) (EUROSUPER 95)
  - urea solution (32.5%) in demineralized water, bucket 10/1, Aggregate 1l
  Type, quality of the procurement item
  The quality of the fuel must correspond to the quality regulated by the Regulation on the quality of liquid petroleum fuels and the method of monitoring and reporting, as well as the methodology for calculating greenhouse gas emissions during the lifetime of the delivered of fuel and energy (Official Gazette, No. 57/17) and other valid legal regulations in the Republic of Croatia that are in force at the time of execution of the public procurement contract.
  Quantity of procurement items
  Pursuant to Article 4, Paragraph 1 of the Ordinance, the estimated (framework) quantity of items is specified in the Cost List of procurement items, procurement, since it is a procurement item for which the client cannot determine the exact quantity in advance due to its nature or other objective circumstances. The actual purchased quantity of the procurement item (item of the Cost List, according to the groups) may be higher or lower than the planned (framework) quantity, but the total payments, without any changes to the contract, may not exceed the amount for which the contract was concluded.
