FLOUR AND GRAIN TEA CHILDREN'S FOOD VARIOUS FOOD PRODUCTS EGGS CANNED FRUIT BREAD PRODUCTS MARGARINE, OIL AND MAYONNAISE MARMALADE MED MEAT PRODUCTS MILK GLUTEN-FREE FOODS CHICKEN AND TURKEY PRODUCTS CHICKEN I TURKEY DAIRY PRODUCTS PRODUCTS FOR VEGETARIANS FROZEN SEA FISH FROZEN RIVER FISH ICE CREAM FROZEN VEGETABLES FROZEN FRUIT PORK AND BEEF FRESH VEGETABLES FRESH FRUIT PASTA SPICES JUICES AND WATER FROZEN PRODUCTS CLEANED I VACUUMED VEGETABLES CANNED VEGETABLES The offeror commits to the customer the quality and correctness of the delivered food in accordance with the valid legal and sub-legal regulations of the Republic of Croatia: the Food Act (Official Gazette 18/23) and the Act on Food Hygiene and Microbiological criteria for food (NN 83/22). The offeror undertakes to deliver together with the delivered goods: - delivery note in two copies, declaration in Croatian, and confirmations or certificates of food safety issued by competent institutes or bodies for quality control. The bidder must ensure that: - every person who participates in the transportation and unloading of food must be dressed in the prescribed work clothes and shoes and have a sanitary booklet with them, which they must make available for inspection at the request of the responsible person Customer for receiving food, - the food temperature of the response allowed for that type of food, i.e. that all means of transport have correct thermometers for temperature control, - that the food is transported in the prescribed commodity system...
