The bidder undertakes to the client to the quality and The correctness of delivered food in accordance with the applicable legal and sub -final regulations of the Republic of Croatia: the Food Act (OG 18/23) and the Law on Hygiene of Food and Microbiological Criteria for Food (OG 83/22).
The bidder undertakes to submit to the goods delivered:
- Shipper in two copies, declaration in Croatian, and certificates or certificates on the health of food issued by competent institutes or quality control bodies.
The bidder should ensure that:
