• Procurement of firemen's shirts for extinguishing forest fires Procurement of firefighting shirts for extinguishing forest fires within the project "Strengthening the capacity for fire protection in mountainous and supported areas" in accordance with the technical specifications. Subject procurement is not intended for use by natural persons, and mandatory accessibility requirements for persons with disabilities are not applicable to the subject of procurement, and the provisions pursuant to Art. 208. paragraph 2. ZJN 2016. T-shirts that are the subject of purchase here are intended exclusively for firefighters. The Ordinance on jobs with special working conditions (Official Gazette 5/84) determines that the job of a firefighter is a job with special powers and special conditions for the performance of these jobs, and in point 14. under a) point 4. the state of health prescribes: - requirements: proper hearing, proper distance vision, depth vision, recognition of basic colors, proper visual field, proper sense of balance, proper function of the respiratory and cardiovascular systems, proper integrity of the upper and lower limbs and spine, - contraindications: psychoses, severe forms of neurosis, epilepsy, diseases with a tendency to fainting, alcoholism and other addictions and under point 5, mental capacity prescribes: - requirements: sesomotor coordination, hand and hand dexterity, general intellectual development above the lower limit of the average, emotional stability, social adjustment above the upper limit of the average - contraindications: extreme anxiety and aggressiveness.
