• Procurement of a fire-fighting vessel as part of the I. D. Danube project The subject of procurement is the procurement of a firefighting vessel (boat for public purposes) in accordance with the technical specifications, cost list and contract proposal. Procurement of a firefighting vessel includes design, construction and equipment in accordance with the provisions of the valid Ordinance on boats, boats and yachts and other valid regulations. If the technical specifications do not include all the technical conditions provided for in the aforementioned regulations, the bidder undertakes to fulfill them as well conditions. The supervision of the construction of the vessel should be carried out by the Croatian Register of Ships, and all costs of the HRB shall be borne by the Bidder. If something in the technical specifications is not in accordance with the prescribed rules for the design and construction of the vessel in question, HRB will make a decision whether the same is applicable to this procurement item or not, and the bidder will comply with the same.
