• Description:
• The subject of procurement is the procurement of a firefighting vessel (boat for public purposes) in accordance with the technical specifications, cost list and contract proposal. The procurement of a firefighting vessel includes designing, manufacturing and equipping in accordance with the provisions of the current Ordinance on boats, boats and yachts and other valid regulations. If the technical specifications do not cover all the technical conditions provided for in the aforementioned regulations, the bidder undertakes to fulfill those conditions as well. Supervision over the construction of vessels should be carried out by Croatian register of ships, and all HRB costs are borne by the Bidder. If something in the technical specifications is not in accordance with the prescribed rules for the design and construction of the vessel in question, HRB will make a decision whether the same is applicable to this procurement item or it is not, and the bidder will comply with it. Before handing over the vessel, the Bidder undertakes to obtain all relevant certificates and documents issued or certified by the Croatian Ship Register. The offeror undertakes, in case of conclusion of the Agreement, to create Manual for the use and maintenance of the vessel. Procurement of a fire-fighting vessel as part of the I. D.
