• Description:
• The subject of this public procurement procedure is the procurement and delivery of heating oil EURO LU EL for the heating needs of individual customers. Delivery is made successively as needed to the locations of individual customers in the area of ​​the CITY of PULA, which are specified in the document "List of places of delivery" which is an integral part of the Procurement Documentation. The quality of petroleum products that are the subject of procurement must meet the requirements, i.e. the minimum standards in force at the time of execution of the public procurement contract, in accordance with the Regulation on Quality liquid petroleum fuels ("Narodne novine" no. 131/21). The limit value of the amount of sulfur in EURO LU EL heating oil amounts to a maximum of 1.00 % (m/m).
