Description:
This procurement procedure is carried out in order to procure the services of experts (external independent evaluators) of project proposals for the purposes of the implementation of the procedure for the allocation of financial resources under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Science, Education and Youth. Detailed information as well as the obligations of experts are defined in the Job Description (Annex 2 of this Procurement Documentation).
