- The subject of the procurement is the procurement of audio/video equipment, recording studios, hybrid and presentation halls, delivery and assembly at the locations of institutions, with the aim of implementing a comprehensive modernization program of Croatian higher education called "e-University.
In addition, the subject of procurement includes education, creating written instructions and video content for self-study as well as strengthening the team's capacity.

Recording studios and multimedia recording equipment
The subject of Group 1 is the acquisition of equipment for recording, production and post-production, content creation and accompanying multimedia equipment. The subject of this procurement group includes equipment sets such as recording studio type A and type B, portable recording sets, online transmission with all associated multimedia equipment, as well as installation and implementation services of all equipment, and accompanying training with instructions for use.

Hybrid multimedia halls and presentation equipment
The subject of Group 2 is the acquisition of equipment for remote teaching, conducting online and hybrid classes, and additional presentation classes IT equipment.
