- For all groups of procurement items The subject of procurement are city classic electric buses according to the technical specifications in the attachment and other required conditions indicated in this procurement documentation: Group 1 - Solo urban, completely low floor, category M3 class I. Group 2 - Solo urban, completely low-floor, category M3 class I. Group 3 - MIDI city, low entry, category M3 class I. All offered buses must be new, unused and manufactured in 2025 or later. Furthermore, all offered buses for the Group of procurement items should be of the same manufacturer, of the same type and of the same year of manufacture. The vehicles that are offered and that will be delivered must be fully manufactured in accordance with the positive regulations of the Republic of Croatia and EU directives: to the Law on road transport (Official Gazette 41/18, 98/19, 89/21, 30/21, 114/22). Rulebook on technical conditions of vehicles in traffic on roads (Official Gazette 85/16, 24/17, 70/19, 60/20 79/23), Rulebook on special conditions for vehicles used for public road transport i transportation for own needs (Official Gazette 50/18, 56/19, 107/20, 127/21, 147/21, 71/22), When handing over the bus, the business entity should provide the customer with proof that the buses that are delivered have been homologated, i.e. that the buses have passed the procedure determination of conformity with the valid regulations of the Republic.
