For all groups of procurement items
The subject of procurement is the city classic electric buses according to technical specifications in attachment and other requested conditions indicated in this procurement documentation:
Group 1 - Solo city, completely low -floor, category M3 grade I.
Group 2 - solo city, completely low -floor, category M3 class I.
Furthermore all offered buses for the procurement group should be of the same manufacturer, the same type and the same of production.
The vehicles offered and which will be delivered must be fully developed in accordance with the positive regulations of the Republic of Croatia and EU Directives:
Law on Transportation in Road Traffic (OG 41/18, 98/19, 89/21, 30/21, 114/22).
Rulebook on Technical Terms of Vehicle in Transport on roads (OG 85/16, 24/17, 70/19, 60/20 79/23),
Rulebook on Special Conditions for Vehicles to Public Road Transport and Transport for its own needs (OG 50/18, 56/19, 107/20, 127/21, 147/21, 71/22),
The economic operator when the bus handover should be submitted to the client proof that it is for buses delivered to the approved approval, that is, the buses have passed the conformity determination procedure with the applicable regulations of the Republic.
