Description:
Requirements for the description and technical specifications of the procurement item, its type, quality, minimum characteristics of the procurement item are prescribed in the column of the Cost Sheet - "Requested procurement item description and technical specifications", as an integral part of this Documentation. The bidder must offer goods by type, quantity, quality and minimum characteristics as determined by the related Costs.
The offeror should provide the required information on the name of the product he is offering and the name of the manufacturer in the place provided for this in the Cost Sheet "Product name and manufacturer", according to the corresponding items.
If in the bill of costs or technical specifications, there is an addition "or equivalent" and if the economic entity offers an equivalent product, it must state the name of the product and manufacturer, "equivalent" and the technical specification of the product in offers. If there is not enough space in the cost estimate for the entry of the technical specification of the offered equivalent product, the economic entity can attach documentation in the offer that shows for which item of the Cost Estimate the economic entity offers an equivalent product and which it product.
