The technical specification of the procurement in question is defined by the detailed description of the procurement item listed in Annex 4 - Technical specifications, which is uploaded as a separate document to the State Public Enterprise of the Republic of Croatia and represents an integral part of the entireprocurement documentation.

PROCUREMENT SUBJECT:
Purchase and implementation of IT equipment via lease
Purchase includes all the following services, described in Annex 4 - Technical specifications (item 2.1. -2.11.):
-System server hosting service
-Uslcreation and management of backup copies
-Service of antivirus protection for client infrastructure and virtual servers
-Service of firewall (as-a-service)
-Service of rental and maintenance of network equipment for the HOO location
-Service of rental and maintenance of client and printing infrastructure ( AIO computers,
priservers, additional monitors, printers)
-Service of proactive and reactive maintenance of system servers and services
-Expansion of the functionality of the Microsoft environment (use of O365 license package)
-Technical support to the HOO information service
-Service of migration and configuration of IT infrastructure
-Serviceintegrated management of the client's infrastructure
and equipment insurance services.
