Description:
The subject of this competition is the procurement of the goods and the assembly of the same, all in accordance with the technical specifications, designs and costs, which indicate the name, quantity and other conditions needed to complete the offer.
The subject of procurement is not divided into groups and the estimated procurement value relates to The entire subject of procurement and with the chosen economic operator intends to conclude one contract on a public procurement contract for a complete procurement subject.
The project covers the construction and equipping of the reference measurement station of the container type for continuous air quality monitoring in the area of the Port Authority Panels
Through the implementation of modern technologies, the project will allow the monitoring of pollutants whose concentrations need to be continuously measured at the selected location of the port board of the board, namely: gaseous contamination of nitrogen oxides (NO and NO2), carbon monoxide (CO), sulfur dioxide (SO2), hovering particles PM10 and PM2.5 and heavy metals (AS, CD, NI, and PB) in PM10. The location is necessary to continuously measure meteorological parameters (temperature, relative humidity, wind speed).
The subject of the contract includes
A. Delivery and installation of one automatic air quality monitoring station in container performance in accordance with the main project
B. Moderation of gaseous contamination analyzers in an accredited moderate laboratory according to the HRN EN ISO/IEC 17025 standard before delivery and after one year of operation.
