• The subject of procurement is the preparation of project documentation with design supervision and the execution of renovation works for 16 earthquake-damaged buildings in Zagreb - Block Medulić as regulated by the Law on Reconstruction, the Program of Measures, the Law on Construction and related regulations governs the renovation as well as the regulations governing the performance of spatial planning and construction activities and any subsequent amendment and supplement to those regulations. The scope of the contractor's activities includes design and design supervision 1. structural building renovations, 2.repair of non-structural elements of the building, execution of works 1. structural renovation of the building, 2.repair of non-structural elements of the building, according to the "turnkey" accounting principle until full functionality, in accordance with Article 630 of the Law on Obligations relations (Official Gazette 35/05, 41/08, 125/11, 78/15, 29/18, 126/21, 114/22, 156/22, 155/23), at locations as specified in the table in Annex 1.
