- Preparation of project documentation with design supervision and execution of renovation works for 5 earthquake-damaged buildings in Zagreb - Block Visoka, as regulated by the Law on Reconstruction, the Program of Measures, the Law on Construction and related regulations governing reconstruction as well as regulations governing the performance of work and spatial planning and construction activities, and any subsequent amendments and additions to those regulations.
The scope of the contractor's activities includes
design and design supervision
1. complete renovation of the building,
2.repair of non-structural elements of the building,
execution of works
2. repair non-structural elements of the building,
according to the principle of "turnkey" accounting until full functionality, in accordance with Article 630 of the Obligations Act (Official Gazette 35/05, 41/08, 125/11, 78/15, 29/18, 126/21, 114/22, 156/22, 155/23), at the locations as indicated in the table below.
All subject buildings are located on in the area of ββthe cultural property - Historic urban complex of the City of Zagreb, registered in the Register of Cultural Properties of the Republic of Croatia under number Z-1525 and in the area of ββthe recorded archaeological zone - Gornji grad, Nova Ves, Kaptol, VlaΕ‘ka.
The buildings at Visoka ulica 10, Visoka ulica 10/1, Visoka ulica 12 and Visoka ulica 12/1 are also individually protected cultural goods. The buildings Visoka ulica 10/1, Visoka ulica 12 and Visoka ulica 12/1 are being completely renovated, in accordance with point 6 of the Program of Measures and Article 19 of the Law on Reconstruction.
