• Description:
• The subject of procurement is the creation of project documentation with design supervision and the execution of renovation works for 14 earthquake-damaged buildings in the settlement of Novo Selo Glinsko, Glina, as regulated by the Law on Reconstruction, the Program of Measures, the Law on Construction and related regulations governing reconstruction as well as the regulations is regulated the performance of work and activities of spatial planning and construction, as well as any subsequent changes and additions to those regulations.
  The scope of the contractor's activities includes design and design supervision, execution of structural renovation works, repairs of non-structural elements, and construction of a replacement family houses according to the "turnkey" accounting principle until full functionality, in accordance with Article 630 of the Obligations Act (Official Gazette 35/05, 41/08, 125/11, 78/15, 29/18, 126/21, 114/22, 156/22, 155/23).
