PP8.4 Modernization of the PBX system
All equipment must be delivered new, uniform and original packed.
The bidder must meet all the requirements of the technical specification that are defined as mandatory, which will be stated by fulfilling the compliance table with the Annex of this documentation.
The bidder is required in the compliance table In addition to each request, to enter whether it is complied with or inconsistent with the request. In the "Note" column, the bidder must state where the proof of the compliance is offered.
Bids that do not meet all the mandatory requirements listed in the technical specification will reject the contracting authority.
