- Croatms_c HW Upgrade, in accordance with the technical specification and cost -up from the Annex of this procurement documentation.
In order to ensure the safety of air traffic, the Croatian air navigation control is obliged to respect the recommendations of the manufacturer of individual systems on the hardware that can be used on the Topsky system.
IN In the case of the bidder for any of the costs of costs/technical specifications offers equivalent product, as evidence that the equipment is approved for use in the Topsky Coopans system, the bidder is obliged to submit a signed and certified statement (which is an attachment to the competition documentation) confirms that the manufacturer Thales Las France S.A.S. for the items offered to the installation approval in the Topsky Coopans system.
If the bidder offers accurately requested equipment (not equivalent), it does not have to provide proof. Accurately sought after equipment is already validated by manufacturer of the management system by air traffic (Thales Las France).
