The selected bidder undertakes:
-proof loading, transportation and taking over waste
-nly environmentally friendly way to take care of the waste
-draining exclusively with partners authorized to take over waste and its destruction
-Me to the prescribed documentation and in writing confirm that waste is processed and stored in accordance with the regulations
-Avit the client on request all the necessary documentation on waste disposal
The service includes taking over, transport and disposal of waste in the manner prescribed by costing and in accordance with positive legal and bylaws regulations.
The offered procurement service offered must allow the download, transportation and further disposal of waste, in an appropriate and adequate manner, and in accordance with the Law on Waste Management (OG 84/21) and the sub -final regulations and the conditions and requirements of the procurement documentation.
Client or possessor The waste prepared for further recovery and disposal is obliged to submit to the Economic Subject, which performs the activity of waste management (services to the law) under the law with the waste, submit an accompanying sheet, and is responsible for the accuracy of the waste information provided in the accompanying list.
