Description:
The subject of procurement is the works on the upgrading of the Pčelica Kindergarten, in accordance with the cost, the proposal of the contract and the project documentation, which are attached and comprised of the procurement documentation on the procurement.Procurement documentation.
The bidder must not change the descriptions of the acquisition listed in the costbook or correspond to the columns or in any way change the content of the costs. The offered works must fully meet all the required conditions of the procurement item and from a detailed specificationlisted in the cost and project documentation. The bidder is obliged to give unit prices for all items from the costs. The unit prices listed in the costs will be fixed during the contract execution. "Key to Hand" indicates the contractor's obligation thatDograd the subject object in accordance with the principle of integrity and functionality, that is, to perform the works in accordance with the construction contract that is attached to the extent that it is necessary to meet the conditions of functionality and integrity.
Unit prices of each cost item and total priceThey must be rounded up on two decimals and expressed in euros.
