• PERFORMANCE OF COMPLETE RENOVATION OF TUŠKANAC CINEMA FACILITY The subject of the procurement includes the execution of works on the complete renovation of the Kina Tuškanac building at the address Tuškanac 1, Zagreb (p.c. 1406, p.o. Centar), in accordance with the design and technical documentation and the cost list that form an integral part of procurement documentation. The building in question is located within the boundaries of the Historic Urban Complex of the City of Zagreb, for which the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Croatia has determined that it is a cultural property and is registered in the Register of Cultural Properties of the Republic. Croatia - List of protected cultural properties, Registry number: Z-1525 (Official Gazette 92/11), therefore subject to the provisions of the Law on the Protection and Preservation of Cultural Properties as well as other regulations related to cultural properties and their protection. The subject of procurement is not divided into groups. The client did not divide the procurement into groups because it is a technically and functionally indivisible entity. The execution of the works requires a unique organization of the construction site, the coordination of all professions and the responsibility of one contractor ensuring the quality, deadlines and functional integrity of the building. The works include all construction, craftsman, installation and finishing works necessary for the complete functionality of the building.
