Other medicines (not included in categories under the ordinal number 1 and 17) - XXII for healthcare institutions in the Republic of Croatia.
Procurement subjects are medicines not on the basic and supplementary list of medicines of the Croatian Health Insurance Institute (hereinafter in the HZZO text) but for the same PERRAEvno obtain the consent of the Commission for Medicines (Medicines that have approval but are used outside the prescribed indications and drugs that have approval but are located outside the basic and supplementary list of medicines), and for some medicines and consent for intervening imports of the drug, in accordance with Article 129. Medicinal Law (OG 76/13, 90/14, 100/18).
Interventional intake and imports of drugs implies intake and import of drugs that do not have approval to put on traffic in the Republic of Croatia.
Medicine and Medical Products Agency (hereinafter: Halmed) may give an extraordinary consent to ILand the import of drug for which no approval for traffic in the Republic of Croatia was given, which will be used for the treatment of patients, in the following cases:
- for the necessary cases of individual treatment with a drug prescribed by a doctor or doctor of dental medicale conducting treatment,
- in the case of medically justified needs, in order to protect the human health or other outstanding conditions,
