Description:
The calculation is made on the basis of the Automa, and the relations and number of students in transport are scheduled to be framework, according to the currently available data for which transportation is required. The number of students during the school year varies because students who can no longer attend a full -time school can enroll in the Center for Education and education Čakovec based on the decision of the State Administration Office. Also, individual students of the Center for Education can be printed or moved to other institutions during the school year.
Transportation takes place in accordance with Article 69 (4) of the Law on Education in Primary and Secondary School (NN 87/08, 86/09, 92/10, 105/10, 90/11, 5/12, 16/12, 86/12, 126/12, 94/13, 152/14, 07/17 and 68/18, 98/19, 64/20, 151/22, 155/23, 156/23) adapted transportation of students with greater disabilities in Coo Čakovec.
In case of special, extraordinary Transportation conditions such as the proclamation of the covid-11 disease epidemic is obliged to adapt the transportation of transportation for students in accordance with the measures and instructions of the Civil Protection Headquarters of the Republic of Croatia, the Croatian Institute of Public Health and the competent Ministry.
