Descripting: This project is planned to modernize the public lighting system owned by the City of Dubrovnik, according to the main project of modernization of public lighting, No. 54/21 of December 2021, made from the economic subject of Magister d.o.o. (Annex 3. Procurement documentation).
The project of modernization of the public lighting of the City of Dubrovnik aims to ensure significant savings of electricity, reduce CO2 emissions, improve light -technical parameters and traffic safety conditions, and reduce the potential risks of environmental pollution due to the use of environmentally unacceptable lighting fixtures (eg sodium and/or poultry bulbs gas), prevent light pollution and apply dangerous substances.
The project provides for the procurement of 3739 new LED lighting fixtures, dismantling existing public lighting, installation of new lighting fixtures, environmentally friendly and in accordance with environmental protection regulations to disposal of packaging and electronic (EE) waste.
