- Mixed packaging disposal service Waste disposal service: •KBO 15 01 06 Mixed packaging Waste disposal service: •KBO 15 01 06 Mixed packaging The subject of procurement is the procurement of the service of acceptance and disposal of separately collected mixed packaging s mixed packaging with the associated key number KBO 15 01 06, and in accordance with the Ordinance on Waste Management (Official Gazette, No. 106/22), collected by the Client in the territorial area of public service provision during the performance of activities waste management. The selected tenderer undertakes to: - ensure weighing of waste; - ensure waste processing; -dispose of collected waste in the manner established by law. The offered service of the procurement item must enable the collection and further processing of waste in accordance with The Law on Waste Management (Official Gazette, No. 84/21 and 142/23 - hereinafter: Law on Waste Management) and by-laws. The Client's responsibility on any basis for the waste that is the subject of this procedure ends at the moment of collection of waste by an authorized person of the Executor, i.e. after the Executor takes over the waste in the manner prescribed by the Waste Management Act. Every shipment of waste must be accompanied by legal supporting documentation, according to which the Client is obliged with every delivery of waste, submit to the Executor a properly printed and certified Waste Accompanying Sheet - form PL-O, all in accordance with the Waste Management Act and by-laws.
