• Description:
• The subject of procurement is the procurement of medicines for the Special Hospital for Medical Rehabilitation in Krapinska Toplica in accordance with the technical specifications specified in the cost estimates attached to this documentation. The offered goods must fully satisfy all requirements technical conditions from the description of the procurement item and the specifications found in the cost estimates, which are an integral part of the Procurement Documentation. The subject of procurement is divided into 101 groups. Medicines are on the list of medicines of the Health and Welfare Ministry, except for medicines in groups 26, 27, 28, 29, 30 and 75, where it is about medicines that are not on the list of medicines of HZZO. In the event that a particular drug is defective at the time of submission of the offer, the bidder may offer a suitable substitute drug of the same or equivalent active substance, strength and pharmaceutical form, which has a valid approval for placing on the market in the Republic of Croatia. The tenderer is obliged to submit proof of defect at the request of the client. The customer reserves the right to order the originally requested medicine during the contract period if it becomes available available on the market. Group 1.
