Description:
The subject of the open public procurement procedure is technical protection system maintenance services. Maintenance of the technical protection system implies: 1. Preventive maintenance System maintenance in accordance with the Act on Private Protection (N.N. 16/20, 114/22) and the Ordinance on conditions and method of implementation of technical protection (Official Gazette 198/03). Included are two preventive annual inspections of the video surveillance system and two annual inspections of the access control system, anti-burglary system, IP intercom system, visitor management system and server systems and storage units in a failover cluster environment and perimeter. 2. Intervening maintenance The provider will make it possible to report an incident 24 x 7 (24 hours, 7 days a week) in one of the following ways: via e-mail, via phone, via the web pages. Customer support services must include the following activities: 1. receiving the incident 2. incident record 3. monitoring the resolution of the incident 4. customer support 5. resolving the incident by arriving at the client's location in the agreed time deadlines 6. closing the incident Support services include providing support for maintaining the functionality of the Client's technical protection system.
