Unique contact center (hereinafter: JKC) provides support in the use of public e-services.
The Aim of the JKC is to enable end users quick and easy to find the necessary information, phone, mail or digital interaction using a virtual assistant. To increase efficiency,The JKC provides process orchestration and automation of repetitive actions, and elements such as customer relationships and user experience are implemented, with the purpose of strengthening the satisfaction of user public administration beneficiaries.
