• The subject of procurement is the maintenance of means of transport, which includes repairs and maintenance of vehicles listed by brand and type of vehicle in the Cost Sheets, with technical features and other conditions specified in this Documentation.
  Bidders are obliged to perform services in accordance with legal regulations, rules and standards of the profession and thus guarantee the safety of the user of the said service.
  Repair and maintenance of emergency medical vehicles under warranty
  The subject of procurement is the maintenance of means of transport, which includes repairs and maintenance of vehicles listed by makes and types of vehicles in the Cost Sheets, with the technical features and other conditions indicated in this Documentation.
  Due to the nature of this public procurement, considering that car maintenance and repair services are requested for vehicles of different ages and mileage from all branches, the public contracting authority cannot determine the exact quantity in advance of procurement items.
  As a result of the above, the quantity of procurement items determined in the Cost Sheet/Technical Specification, which is an integral part of this Procurement Documentation, is tentatively determined, the actual quantity of goods (spare parts) and services procured based on the concluded contract may be greater or less than approximate quantities. For items whose quantities cannot be predicted, the ordering party determines the unified amount.
