The subject of procurement is the maintenance and upgrade of the central data platform system for business reporting, which includes the upgrade of the information system of the data warehouse (DWH) and the Business Intelligence (BI) platform for all data sources and services that are located in the City of Zagreb (Billing, ERP, CRM, HRM, etc.) for the purpose of defining and implementing data transformation models from original structures (relational databases of the transaction system) into data structures adapted for the necessary reports, taking into account the specifics of the default processes of the parent procurement system.
