Lease of telecommunications capacity in a moving and immovable public communication network, in accordance with the technical specification and the cost -up from the Annex of this documentation.
The bidder must meet all the requirements from Technical specifications that are defined as obligatory what will be stated by filling in the compliance table under the Annex of this documentation.
In the "Note" column the bidder must state where the proof is evidence of the compliance.
For the items in the technical specification for which the stamps or model/type of product (MOBU0040 - mobile devices with Android operating system) may offer an equivalent product and in which case it must offer the model on offer and the product manufacturer it offers. If the bidder does not specify the model and manufacturer, it will be considered to offer the product the same as the required.
Bids that do not meet all the mandatory requirements listed in the technical specification will reject the contracting authority.
