The total estimated value of the procurement is: 239,500.00 EUR without VAT, the estimated value is: 28,400.00 EUR without VAT.No VAT
Group 2 Milk Fat Analysis of Milk Fat and Meat Disadvantages Ready-EAT, RTE, at the end of the marked duration of microbiological parameters-EUR 16,000.00 without VAT
Sampling should be encompassed by fermented foods of animal and inanimate originwhich is not processed before consumption (finished food, RTE) out of 20 different manufacturers and 20 fermented meat products, then 20 different manufacturers and 20 fermented dairy products and 20 different manufacturers and 20 fermented products of non -life -friendly origin (fermented cereals,fermented vegetables, sauces, etc.). The sampled foods should not contain deliberately added microbial culture in the technological process (starter culture), but fermentation should be guided by a natural microbiot (lactic acid bacteria).
Samples will be purchased on the market from OPG and/or other approvedFacilities, preferable to be represented by both sources.
The amount of the estimated value includes:
1.Using 60 samples of ready-made food (according to the specifications listed above)
